Director and Co-founder of ULPT Edu Services and Consultancy
Richa Parasher is the Director and Co-founder of ULPT Edu Services and Consultancy, dedicated to advancing Sustainable Development Goal 4 by advocating for quality education. Inspired by Kurt Hahn’s quote, "There is more in you than you think," she co-founded ULPT, which stands for Unleashing Potential.
With a strong commitment to global sustainability, Richa serves as the Regional Focal Point for Asia Pacific at the UN SDSN Youth and the Vice-President of the AFS Guwahati Chapter. She is a qualified facilitator with AFS Intercultural Programs, have facilitated various programs of AFS including award-winning program STEM Accelerator, which has been honored with prestigious awards like the Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion in International Education (EDIIE) Award and the Equity and Inclusion Award from The PIE News in London.
Richa is a recognized expert in education, specializing in Global Competencies, STEM education, Design Thinking, and the Sustainable Development Goals. Her experience spans roles as a research scientist at institutions like ENGEES and IMFS France, IIT Kanpur and IIT Guwahati . Her contributions have earned her several accolades, including the Young Scientist Award from ISCA.

Deepak Sharma, a Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Guwahati with significant experience in national and international projects. His research spans optimization techniques, digital twins, and predictive maintenance. He has led numerous consultancy projects with bodies like SERB and DST and organized executive development programs. Prof. Sharma is committed to advancing quality education, aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goal 4, and actively supports initiatives through ULPT Edu Services and Consultancy.
